Step 01
Check all your vents for functionality. Use your year, make, and model to order the correct VentTab, then choose the right vent position and color when asked. Before installing, remove any remaining loose plastic so the replacement tab can seat cleanly.
Step 02
Begin by placing the VentTab on the correct louver blade. Keep the tab centered and line up the two VentTab forks so they straddle the vertical post.
Step 03
Press the VentTab into position until it locks onto the louver. You'll feel or hear a click when it's properly installed. You're done.

Landcruiser 100 Vents Tabs
Stumbled across this website. Had been trying for years to get these vent tabs, but the only option Toyota could provide was to buy new vents which would cost me hundreds of dollars each. Bought 1 vent from a wrecker which turned out to be the wrong model. Costly mistake. Whilst the 2 vents cost me AUD$ 80 to get to me in Australia, it was an expensive gamble that paid off. They arrived late yesterday. I installed them this morning in less a couple of minutes. They work brilliantly. Very happy with the end result but expensive for what they are.
Very slow freight to Australia
I ordered two Vent tabs for my Land Cruiser. I am still waiting for them to arrive 20 days later. I understand that freight is slow at the moment, but at $80.00 Australian for two and expensive freight added in, I did expect to see them quicker. According to tracking information, they still have not left the USA.
