Step 01
Check all your vents for functionality. Use your year, make, and model to order the correct VentTab, then choose the right vent position and color when asked. Before installing, remove any remaining loose plastic so the replacement tab can seat cleanly.
Step 02
Begin by placing the VentTab on the correct louver blade. Keep the tab centered and line up the two VentTab forks so they straddle the vertical post.
Step 03
Press the VentTab into position until it locks onto the louver. You'll feel or hear a click when it's properly installed. You're done.

Easy to install and worked well
They work
When snapped into place, there is more play than the originals - but it does the some I need it to do.
Wish it was chrome, but happy
Like the other reviews say, they aren't a perfect match as they are missing the chrome ring. But literally, the only option that I could find was to replace the entire vent mechanism which was a few $100. Thankfully, both my side vents broke within a month so now they match at least.
Perfect inexpensive replacement
My 2nd OEM vent tab has broken and I was again in need of this tab as there are no manufacturer replacements unless you plan on buying the entire vent unit and installing it for a few hundred dollars. While I wish they were more color accurate to the original ones, this is a fantastic option.

Replacement Vent Tab for Kia Soul Plus is a Must!!!!!
Wonderful!!!! Vent tab just fell off and I called up my Kia dealer and they wanted $195 to replace small driver side window vent saying that the vent tab itself was not replaceable. Told me the whole thing needed to replaced for $195 plus labour. As they were saying plus labour I was saying are you kidding no thanks and I hung up. I began my search online on what to do or how to fix and a YouTube video came up about this wonderful little company and their invention!!! Definitely worth the few dollars it cost and it took no time to receive vent tabs. The best part is it literally only took a few minutes to install vent tab. I would and have recommended Vent Tabs to everyone I can speak to. Don't waste your time and energy any longer, get these Vent Tabs. THEY WORK!!!!
