<p>If the A/C vents in your BMW Z4 ( E85) are broken or missing, you've come to the right place. Unfortunately, BMW dealerships charge $150-200 to replace a single vent, but there's now an affordable , better DIY solution . These particular tabs are designed to fit the front middle and side vents of a BMW Z4 (E85) 2002-2004. To install, just locate the vertical post behind the louvers of the vent and slide the tab into place. Fits BMW Z4 (e85) models (2002-2004) Fits middle and side vents Install in seconds. If the A/C vents in your BMW Z4 are broken, loose, faded, or no longer controlling airflow, the dealer path usually means replacing the whole vent assembly. VentTabs keeps the fix focused on the small control tab, so the repair is simpler, less expensive, and usually tool-free.
Order the VentTab that matches your vent position, finish, and pack size. If the louver layout in your cabin looks different from the photos, send support a quick picture before checkout so the repair starts with the closest confirmed match.
Designed for BMW Z4 2005-2008.
Parts are modeled in 3D CAD and proven against the actual A/C vent geometry before release.
Made from Nylon, selected for this vent design and finish.
VentTabs has spent years solving broken or missing automotive vent control tabs with protected repair designs.
The original vent controls can loosen, fade, or break off while the rest of the vent still works. This keeps the order, install, and support focused on the part drivers actually touch.

Step 01
Check all your vents for functionality. Use your year, make, and model to order the correct VentTab, then choose the right vent position and color when asked. Before installing, remove any remaining loose plastic so the replacement tab can seat cleanly.
Step 02
Begin by placing the VentTab on the correct louver blade. Keep the tab centered and line up the two VentTab forks so they straddle the vertical post.
Step 03
Press the VentTab into position until it locks onto the louver. You'll feel or hear a click when it's properly installed. You're done.
